hello there.. good morning and happy new year.. i know it's 5th January already but at least still within a week of new year haha..

9.15am
Current position: in the office box waiting to get job done while listening to some chitchatting here and there. God. High amount of annoying high pitched voices.


So, this 2011 I shall make healthy-lifestyle resolutions:

1. Sit up 5 times minimum before and after bed
     remarks : I bet i only do at night and no morning sit up but, i'll try my best. a few months at least

2. Eat fruit or drink juice everyday
    Eat fruit might be hard since i don't usually buy fruit. but since i like minute maid pulpy juice i think that                                  should help

I think that's all for now. I might add something later or during mid year. but for now i just wish i can do those 2 plans. only two man! ckck.
